In 2007, Graham Harrell awarded as the Konica Minolta Gator Bowl MVP. He is also All-Big 12 Conference Second Team. Graham Harrell earned bowl MVP honors after orchestrated a second-straight come back for a bowl win. Graham Harrell was the nation's leading passer, he completed 47 of his school-record 72 attempts for 420 yards and two touchdowns against No. 3-ranked Oklahoma. Graham Harrell threw for 431 yards and three touchdowns, completing 46-of-62 attempts in Tech's 31-26 loss to Colorado. Graham Harrell scored his third rushing touchdown of the season in the fourth quarter against the Aggies. completed 36-of-43 attempts for 425 yards and four touchdowns against Iowa State. 83.7% completion rate against the Cyclones set a new school record, besting the mark of 83.1% set by Kliff Kingsbury at Texas A&M in 2002. ranks second all-time behind Kingsbury in school history in both career passing yards, completions and passing touchdowns. completed 26-of-40 pass attempts for 338 yards and five touchdowns in Tech's 75-7 dismantling of Northwestern State.
